The Lease Renewal functionality in LandlordMax has been significantly upgraded in the latest update this week. The software now presents you with the above popup dialog when you renew a lease so that you can either enter in the new lease values and/or confirm any pre-filled values based on the existing lease. This includes values such as the new rent amount and so on.
This is important in today's economy where we have to adapt more quickly than before due to the changing economic times. This popup makes renewing leases quicker, easier, and more powerful than before.
In addition to this the software will also find any matching scheduled entries (Scheduled Accounting Entries, Scheduled Invoices, and Scheduled Receipts) and if any are found it will then also update them with the new rent amounts, and any other changes reflected in the lease.
This saves you the extra steps of having to update the scheduled entries when renewing a lease.
