I'm very proud and excited to announce that version 11.05 of LandlordMax has just been released tonight. For all those of you who took advantage of the pre-sale,  you can go ahead and download and install the new version from the website. The instructions on how to download and install the software can be found in Section 2 of the user manual located at: http://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.book&id=2. You will of course want to look at the instructions for Windows or the Mac depending on the type of computer you have.

As well you can find the release notes (the list of all the new features) by clicking here: http://www.landlordmax.com/support/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=180 Although we wanted to add video tutorials for many of the new features, we were a few days behind and we didn't want to delay the release any further. That being said,  for all the bigger features we included screenshots and an explanation. However,  please do come back sometime next week and you should expect to see quite a few videos with detailed explanations on how the new features work, how to best take advantage of them, and so on.
